The Joffrey’s spring double-bill features George Balanchine’s Serenade, the choreographer’s first ballet created in America in 1934, and Cathy Marston’s world premiere adaptation of Steinbeck’s tender tale of friendship, perseverance, and sacrifice, with an original score by Academy Award®-nominated composer Thomas Newman.

The Joffrey Ballet Box Office (at 10 East Randolph) is open from Noon-6PM, Monday – Friday for walk-up ticket purchases on the day of the show.

Heading to the box office closer to showtime? Go straight to the venue (Lyric Opera House, 20 N. Wacker Dr.) to purchase tickets if it’s within one hour of the performance. Please note that the Box Office at Lyric Opera House, as well as Lyric Opera House Concessions, is only accepting electronic payment at this time.
