Eighteenth-century Italy was a vibrant source of musical inspiration. Nicholas Kraemer leads the orchestra in a program showcasing the genius of the Italian Baroque, including Marcello’s Concerto for Oboe and Vivaldi’s Concerto for 2 Trumpets. Concertos for 2 and 3 violins by Bach show just how far Italian influence resonated.
