Event Navigation

Three women behind some of today’s most powerful political organizations–Cecile Richards, former president of Planned Parenthood; Alicia Garza, co-founder of the Black Lives Matter Global Network; and Ai-jen Poo, director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance–have come together to found Supermajority, a new home for women’s activism and a community for people of all backgrounds, races, and ages who want to fight to make sure everyone is treated equally, no matter their gender. Richards, Garza, and Poo will join Chicago Sun-Times columnist Laura Washington to discuss their motivation in creating Supermajority, and lay out their plan for creating gender equity.
