The Brothers Size + The Scene

October 12 @ 3:00 pm

Ogun Size is hardworking and heartbroken. Oshoosi Size is recently returned home from prison and trying to be anywhere but. This fierce and honest look at the complex bonds of brotherhood, written by Oscar-winner Tarell Alvin McCraney, weaves together poetry, music and Yoruba mythology to magnify the tug-of-war between freedom and the need to belong somewhere, to something, to someone.

Stick around for The Scene event after the 3pm performance on Oct 12.

Curated by Steppenwolf’s own Young Adult Council, this is an exclusive opportunity for teens to meet the artists involved with the play, and connect with like-minded teens. For this performance only, snag your ticket to the show and the event early by calling the box office at 312-335-1650 and letting them know you’re a TAP member. Or come by on Oct 12 and they’ll sell you your ticket as normal!
